Colour Coating

We are now able to offer colour coatings to all PVCu products. Our investment in a  new state of the art spray plant allows fabricators and installers to effortlessly offer a full range of coloured products into their range with little interruption to their business.

We offer a choice of over 1000 RAL colour options using the highest quality AVKOTE LE paint process. A specialist paint for coating various plastics including PVCu. The paint was developed and is manufactured by one of Switzerland’s leading paint makers in a factory accredited to ISO 9001:2000.

This unique coating system is specially formulated to chemically bond with the substrate to form a permanent coating of superior durability and retention of hue and gloss. The application process provides a highly durable finish that will not crack, flake or peel whilst retaining sufficient flexibility to move with the material to which it is applied. It is UV stable with the majority of colours rating 4-5 on the grey scale and comes with a 10 year guarantee on adhesion.
