It is the policy of Sash Windows (uk) Ltd, to maintain a Quality Management System designed to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001-2000.

In accordance with this policy the Companys’ objectives are:

• To ensure that the product meets the customers needs.
• To supply product and services which conform to specified requirements and to provide objective evidence of such conformance.
  
• To ensure that inspection requirements are determined and satisfied through all phases of work.
• To develop and maintain quality consciousness amongst all management, staff and operatives.
• The scope of this policy and objectives extend to all activities undertaken by the company in the manufacture of PVCu Windows and Doors.
• The Company is committed to continuous improvement of performance, both in the short and long term, and measurable objectives are set and reviewed on a regular basis
